About Renshi Anthony...
Renshi Anthony Salamone has been involved with Karate for 35 years and is the Assistant Chief Instructor at Shubi Chikara.
His passion and dedication to helping his students progress is a big factor in the school’s blossoming success. With many accomplishments to date, Shihan Anthony is a natural leader who knows how to lead by example, has a positive and fun sense of humour, in and out of the dojo.
Renshi Anthony is respectful and disciplined in his everyday life and maintains a high energy attitude amongst his students.
Renshi Anthony lives and breathes Karate and gives 100% in every class and is proud of the SCK family.

Renshi Anthony Salamone
About Shihan Adam...
Shihan Adam Marks is the third in charge at Shubi Chikara Karate and is currently a 3rd Dan Black Belt. Shihan Adam started karate at the age of 6 and never looked back, with his passion for martial arts and training fueling his self development.
Over the years, Shihan Adam began his karate journey as a white belt, just like all students, and progressed his way through the kyu/grades to become a Shihan, teaching alongside Kancho and other Senseis. He has a deep passion for karate, teaching and helping students on their journey.
With his 16 years of karate study, Shihan Adam is committed to passing his knowledge and skills on to anyone who wishes to embark upon a karate journey of their very own.

About Sensei Anna...
Anna Makris is a passionate dedicated student and teacher at SCK. She started her martial arts journey in 2007 after her 2 children and husband joined. Her motto is: "The strongest opponent you'll face is the one in the mirror".
Now as a 3rd Dan black belt, she brings over 18 years of experience and enthusiasm to the classes she assists in.
Anna is supportive and encouraging of all students at the school, bringing a positive attitude which inspires and motivates others! She is especially committed in mentoring the young girls and women of SCK.
Outside of SCK, Anna enjoys spending time with her family, going to the gym, travelling, music, exploring new experiences, and being in nature.

About Sensei Sean...
Sensei Sean is a 2nd Dan Black Belt of SCK, starting his karate journey at 6 years of age in 2002!
Sensei Sean's passion for karate is deeply rooted in katas, and he finds joy in sharing his knowledge and experience with anyone eager to learn.
At 12 years of age Sensei Sean became the youngest black belt of SCK, a record which still stands even to this day!
Sensei Sean believes there is no such thing as a silly question, the only silly thing is not asking one!

About Sensei Alicia...
Alicia McKenzie is a dedicated and passionate karate student at Shubi Chikara Karate. As a 2nd Dan Black Belt, Alicia brings over 10 years of experience in teaching karate to provide a friendly supportive environment in the classes she assists with.
Away from teaching karate, Alicia is studying at university to become a primary school teacher, with a passion for inspiring children to follow their dreams, achieve all their goals and reach their full potential.
